1. ROOFS
   1. Clean and clear off debris.
   2. Inspect for missing tiles, etc.
   3. Clear and inspect gutters, scuppers, downspouts.
   4. Make any repairs.
2. WINDOWS
   1. Check windows for any cracks, breaks, or other damage.
   2. Make any repairs.
3. EXTERIOR WALLS AND SIDING
   1. Inspect for any breaches, cracks, etc.
   2. Close all air vents under building.
   3. Assure all hatches and utility doors are closed.
   4. Check for water leasks.
   5. Make any repairs.
4. LAWN AND FAUCETS
   1. Check for any lawn sprinkler blow outs.
   2. Make sure water faucets are protected from frost buildup.
   3. Make any repairs and order sprinkler blow out as needed.
